Koch: "I will not coach the national team"

PLDC - The Head coach of the Esteghlal football club, Roland Koch, denied the news regarding coaching the national team in the near future. Koch told reporters:" The Iranian Football Federation is not looking for a coach right now as they already have coaches", he added:" Coaching any national team is a big pride to any coach, I should have became the German national team's coach, but I am currently coaching Esteghlal and must only concentrate on this task". He concluded:" I will not make any comments on the news published by the newspapers". Express newspaper has published that Koch has been asked to take over the Iranian national team but he has not made a decision.
